JoTechWave commits to delivering tech products quickly, safely, and efficiently throughout Jordan. This policy outlines shipping procedures, costs, and delivery expectations.
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding national holidays).
Orders submitted after 2:00 PM Jordan time begin processing the next business day. You receive an email confirmation upon submission, and tracking information when the order ships.
Standard shipping covers all Jordanian governorates with 1–2 business days delivery for a fixed 3 JD rate. The 3 JD rate applies regardless of location or package size. Free shipping may apply to orders above certain thresholds; this is shown on the website. Delivery times are estimates starting from the shipment date, not the order date.
COD is available within Jordan. Orders exceeding certain values (e.g. 500 JD) may require partial advance payment by bank transfer or card.
JoTechWave currently serves only the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. International shipping is unavailable.
Shipping confirmation emails include tracking numbers so you can monitor delivery status.
Damage: reject visibly damaged packages and notify the carrier for return. For damage discovered after acceptance, contact info@jotechwave.com within 48 hours with photos. Resolution is via replacement, exchange, or refund.
Lost packages: contact info@jotechwave.com if tracking shows delivery but the package was not received. Investigation takes 5–7 business days; replacement or refund is provided once the carrier confirms loss.
You are responsible for entering the correct address. Pre-shipment corrections are free of charge. Post-shipment address changes may incur additional shipping fees.
