Refund Policy
We provide a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To start a return, contact us within this timeframe.
Eligibility
Items must be unused and unworn, retain original tags and protective wrapping with intact seals, come in original packaging with all accessories and manuals, and include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email info@jotechwave.com to begin. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions. Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted.
For non-defect returns, a fixed handling and shipping fee of 3 JOD is deducted from refunds. You bear packaging and shipping costs to: King Abdullah Str, 36, Amman 13111, Jordan.
Damage and Issues
Inspect orders immediately upon receipt. Defective or damaged items require notification within 48 hours of delivery. For defect-related returns the 3 JOD fee is waived, we cover return shipping, and we offer replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Activated software, consumables with broken seals, internal components with damaged anti-static packaging, customized products, used items not restorable to "new" condition, and final-clearance products or gift cards.
Exchanges
Standard exchanges: return the item for refund minus 3 JOD, then place a new order. Defective units receive direct replacement with return shipping covered by us.
EU 14-Day Reflection Period
EU shipments qualify for 14-day cancellation rights without justification, provided the product is in original condition with intact seals and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, minus shipping fees where applicable. Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to post. Contact us if a refund exceeds 15 business days post-approval.
